Synopsis

On the eve of the 1964 Military Coup, a young Black man from the countryside of São Paulo is torn between two passions: samba and boxing. Caught in the struggle of his own life, he must choose his path. Inspired by the life of sambista Gilson de Souza (1944–2022).
